Hereford Make CIC

We provide equipped workshops to enable personal and professional development within the creative industries; with a focus on blacksmithing. While we have forging equipment our digital photography is available for use as well as our IT facilities that enables animation, film and visual art skills development. If you are just looking for space just to do activities our studio ground floor is designed to be a flexible space to accommodate a variety of activities both large and small.

Activities for children & young people

 We work with a variety of youth services (SHYPP, Talent Match, Hope Support Services, Close House). We are able to provide a activities that are not normally easily accessible, such as forging, with risk assessments and technical support designed to engage different skill levels and abilities. We are also an AQA centre and are able to provide accredited awards in a variety of different workshops,  covering a broad range of skills and activities.

How we work with schools

 We have not yet worked with schools but look forward to the opportunity to work closer with our local schools.

How much we charge

  Studio activities £60 (4 hours) for ½ a day £100 (8 hours) for a full day + appropriate staff if needed £12.50/hour + materials if used for up to 10 people. Forge activities £120 (4 hours), £200 (8 hours) + £20 for fuel and materials per person max 5 people.
